Retainer: 40% of the rate is due as a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time.
Location Fees: Studio or entry fees (like botanical gardens at $18) are paid by the client.
Travel Fee: 35+ miles outside of Yorktown incurs a travel fee of 70¢ per mile roundtrip.
Late Fee: Every 15 minutes late to the session is $15 per 15 minutes.
Reschedule: One free reschedule for circumstances out of our control.
